I voted for teh sphess mehreens. Combat Tactics is the best special rule in the game, IMHO.

From my experience, you always know where your Terminators are going to go, right to the enemy's Blitz or BTS, (whichever's less defended.) I don't really see why the T-hawks are necessary for them.
