So I was looking on forgeworld for the Tau Tetra rules and I noticed that they are gone. It's still listed in another document but not the full fleshed out rules that you used to be able to download....

I think the reason that GW would never do percentages is simple.... Math. For new players having to figure out percentages would be a huge turn off and would hurt sales. I know you won't think this...
