I used to use Excel for army lists, but Army Builder is so much easier as you can switch between multiple game systems and multiple armies within each system and whip up builds very quickly.

Let's see, if I had to rank the reasons why I play:
1) Getting together with friends for a friendly game and some beers
2) Fluff
3) Searching for that perfect army list to beat down my buddy
4)...

Playing a game gives me the boost to keep painting, especially when that unpainted unit or model helps me win the game!

Lately I've been using a Daemon Prince w/ wings and Chaos Raptors retinue (with 2x Meltas and Champ with 2xLCs and Meltabombs). It makes for a quick moving unit that can be used for vehicle hunting...
