From the recent forays Chapterhouse has made into 'Truescale' models, one can assume they have engaged legal representation who may be using new releases as a ploy, or in some way, challenge Games...

Infringement ... probably not, because the major issues were the linking of models with blanket copyright fluff and the like. It gets really fuzzy in the legal sense when you take a model and name it...

Unless it looks extremely official, i.e. comes in PDF format with images/fluff/content ... then I am always going to bet the codex is fake.

Longtime lurker, as is my instinct. I constantly use BoLS as a backup to scanning Dakka/Warseer for news. Glad to finally have a solid, if entirely far-fetched reason to post here, as well!
