I think you may select as many "Combined Arms" and "Allied" detachments as you like.

So a double FOC list would correspond to 2 "Combined Arms" detachments

The HQ + 2 x Troops + 1 x each...

You could also use the vehicle damage table

1-3 Crew Shaken -> Model is dazed, unconscious, senseless,... (Light injury, recovers normally)
4 Crew Stunned -> same as 'crew shaken' but more...

Roll a d6 after the game for each model you want (HQ, sergeants, troops,...)

1,2 and 3 -> Light injury (nothing happens)
4 and 5 -> Heavy injury (must miss next battle)
6 -> Dead (over and out)...

In our campaign Heroes never die. (Heroes = HQ choice)
