Drybrushing works great on Epic.

Start with a diluted basecoat brush on, give it a wash, drybrush, and pick out a few details and your ready for gaming.

Gotthammer has it right. For an overwatch shot, the enemy needs to end in a square in line of sight of the terminator

You, as the player using the action points can decide what action your model will take.....so blast away with your storm bolter.

I prefer to use the rules in Space Marine....quick, fast, and bloody. Adeptus Titanicus is great, but you'll spend less time with rules if you use Space Marine.
