It'll be the battle for vedros stuff. Might be worth a google.
Since the teaser has gone up today I would expect pre-orders tomorrow (15th) with the release on the 22nd.
Pair him up with Shrike. Or Korvydae. Kill Team Raven! GO!
The customer service as a whole from the GW group of companies has always been outstanding.
I once bought a box of snap fit orcs for fantasy. When opened they were the 40k ones. I wrote them an...
cool... cold... ice... frost... frost weapons.. O.o Space wolves! Leman Russ model confirmed :p
I voted army list based. Although that's only the start. The real answer is probably more complicated than those above.
When starting a new army, I tend to work to a "starter" army list, buying...
Whoa! Bit of threadomancy going on!
I think it may be safe to say we won't see Dorn or Alpharius before christmas. Besides, all the Alpha Legion guys are Alpharius :).
Scuttlebutt says that...
WAAAAAAGGGGHHHHHH!!!
That should be enough to convince you.
All the Primarch models will be done in time. Including those that had Daemon Prince forms. We still need 3 Primarch models from book 3. The issue is that there is only one sculptor working on them...
The FW designers have said that they will eventually do an Emperor model when we see the assault on terra book. Don't hold your breath though. We're looking at 10 years at least I reckon.
That pic just seems wrong. Captures the Tauntaun from the completely wrong angle. Third leg anyone?
I would advise people to buy Razorbacks rather than Rhinos. As far as I can remember the razorback kit makes a Rhino but with the additional sprue to make it a Razorback. It can then, via a simple...
My currency converter says it's £25 for 100 32mm bases, comes out at 25p per base. Not bad really for GW.
My local community is made up of bar workers, a legal consultant, a local politician, a flgs owner, a software engineer, a database engineer, an industrial chemist (me), retail workers, warehouse...
I feel the same. I have been eagerly awaiting a new Bret army book for about 5 years. IMO the traditional armybooks won't ever be updated again.
I am interested to see what AoS will bring though....
WOC Wizards can take magical armour because they already wear Chaos Armour or have the option to take it (can't remember which now).
As long as the character has the inital option for armour he can then select any from the magic armour list.
So, yes, your Witch Hunter can wear the Armour of Destiny.
Grav cannon devastators... Yes please!
Hi everyone,
I am new to playing 30k games and I was thinking of using my 40k Raven Guard as a 30k army now and then. The list below has been built around the Rite of War in the HH3 book. It is...
It covers the basics of an Eldar army and gets you playing small games. If I were to start a new army, in general the first thing I would probably buy is the battleforce.
Yup. Ignore the str D whining brigade.
Things I can recommend are: Farseer, Guardian Defenders, Dire Avengers, Fire Dragons, Warp Spiders. As For tanks; Wave serpents for transport and Fire...
It depends on how you want to play them to be honest.
Do you want to go for the formations in the book? Then build your army to those.
Do you want to go via a combined arms detachment?...
Simply take the Wraith Host formation on its own. It doesn't have to be fielded as part of a Craftworld Warhost.
One unit with D-cannons and wave serpent - roughly 280
One unit with D- scythes...
The book looks solid. In general I don't think it's going to be as bad as the rage hate suggests. It can't be as bad as the dreaded Draigo/Paladin deathstar.
The formations though are very tasty....
Mr Mystery has the right end of the stick. We don't know points costs yet.
I can understand people's initial concerns about ranged D weapons but I'd ask people to wait to see the codex before...
