First off, definitely agree with Dwarflord, you need at least one Lvl 1 damsel to be a scroll caddy for some magic defense, probably could use 2 at 2k, since there's a lot of magic heavy armies...

Since Goblins already have the Fear Elves rule, would an Elf unit that normally causes fear cause terror?

Plate is heavy armor. The only armor that gives more of a save is race specific armor (i.e. chaos armor, gromril armor, etc.)

And you're paying 2 points per night goblin! Something's gotta be...

I don't like it at all. It looks a lot more like a board game than a true RPG.
