Yes, the paints are indeed close, but not exact matches of the old paints, for example, gehenna's gold looks nothing like shining gold and also, The Fang is both Shadow Grey and Fenris Grey

This codex would grab gk and throw them out the window, its extremely overpowered, i am 99% sure this is a fake, but is a nice buff, and has obvioulsy had a large amount of work done on it, nice try...

I interpreted it as raising the defense cap from strength 4 to 6, so that a weapons stronger than bolters could fire whilst at combat speed
