I've always fancied the visual spectacle of a Rough Riders Company - not possible just now sadly, but frankly if you're playing with an unbound armies then surely players will have lee-way on...
I would think that with the current trend in 40k for dozens and dozens of off-shoot army lists and data slate formations, it's basically inevitable that they would start doing the same sort of thing...
yeah this is fake - definitely mirrored and doctored images as other have said. To my mind another more general clue is that it's 5 guard models in a box, yet they clearly aren't command or veterans,...
To be more on the nose, the motto of Inquisitor is "Everything You Have Been Told Is A Lie"
Or to give it it's full and glorious due:
You have been told of the Inquisition; that shadowy...
So that's what happened to Dr Manhattan after Watchmen...
Great paint jobs mate.
Inquisitor mistake?!?! Are you people crazy? Inquisitor was great! I'm a part of the long-standing community in the UK that still to this day runs small campaign days and the Inquisitor Grand...
excellent work man, some wonderful conversion and paintjobs!
Glad to see I'm not the only one noticing a slight... "whiff" of familiarity to the land speeder ;)
A lot of nice stuff there though, I admit to having always been a little indifferent to the Heresy...
nah, that's just the straight FW one, if GW were to do a plastic version there'd be some redesigning involved.
those looks massive compared to the old ones - monstrous cavalry this time round by the looks of it (unless these are 3-ups?? FW doesn't tend to show those much)
I think that IG flyer is heavily inspired by the WW2 Corsair fighter, to my eyes at least. Looks cool though.
while this isn't exactly news as such, as everyone's known for a while now that the new Print on Demand service is coming shortly, but this interview with Christian Dunn, the mastermind behind this...
Well I'm sure it's the same for everyone who's registered on GWs website, but this little teaser arrived in my inbox today :)
Minotaur(looks plastic to me), Ork Dreadnought(I'd guess) and a new...

Minotaur, Ork Dreadnought(I'd guess) and a new Witch King on Fell Beast

awesome job, like the bulking-out on the Battlewagon and the paint job is superb
By the looks of it all three of those photos are of models displayed in the "junior sculptors' cabinet", something GW have had at GD UK for the past couple of years where they show to demo pieces new...
a rollercoaster could have land speeder, shaped cars :p
a copy of pirates of the caribean ride (a slow water ride with ~20 seater boats, but with a couple drops), but travelling through sewers...
I'm known on 40k related sites variously as Heroka Vendile or just Vendile (and Euan to those who've met me in person).
I have a number of characters, Inquisitors Vendile and Itholian being my main...
IMHO the best starting points for Black Library are -
40K:
Storm of Iron by Graham McNeil
Daemonworld by Ben Counter
The Founding Trilogy by Dan Abnett (Gaunts Ghosts series, books 1-3)
...
awesome work so far =)
That is something GW hasn't been able to do very well (or at all) for the past few years, they've had a lot of ups and downs and their only really recovering properly now.
