Well, look at the Uncategorized Images now.;) (btw, the images left - uploaded by you - have no category at all)
I don't know if this is the reason, but due to some changes in the past by...
Don't leave space between Category: and the Category name. And the recent changes page looks all wrong - was there some edit in the last time?
Well, the German Lex is even more antique. But yeah, there will be a time to move on. Some day.
It's a parody and matured alongside WHFB. A seperate section makes sense, though some articles (like Altdorf) should contain all informations - the BB ones at the end with a big fat template of...
Well, yes, I think it's okay to remove them from the top of the page. We should keep them at the top of questionable passages though.
Good work, though there're a lot more (older) models. But it's a good source for users who want to write the articles.
Yeah. Hopefully some enthusiasts appear and do the stuff - I'm not really into BB.
Yes, BB (and other original Fantasy games from GW like Talisman) is traditionally part of the Fantasy Lex.
Hum... I think if we have a main article, the more deep articles don't have to have names like Skaven (FB) or Slann (AoS). I'd prefer names like The Skaven in the Warhammer World (or World-that-was),...
I think those characters should have one main article with the general informations as a frame and starting point. And then seperate articles for the more detailed stuff - it's pretty common in...
Only bureaucrats can see the requests and can confirm them, normal admins/sysops don't.
I don't think the real name scares of bots, only interested people, and if someone wants to create a spam account manually (which is rare) he wouldn't give us the real one. It's not like we could...
I absolutely prefer the normal registration procedure (i.e. requestion). It wasn't implented for naught - before that we had massive problems with spammers (in fact I became sysop in the English Lex...
Thumbs up!
It's quite a lot of work to find and change all the links in the help pages and templates (not to forget the interlexicanum links), so I hope the other users/sysops lend a helping hand.
Here and here.
But I guess you should refrain from move them now (see the discussion).
Thanks.
Indeed. There would be no problems with linking - there're several sites with a dash in the title.
Well, normal admin rights (bureaucrat rights are unnecessary) would be handy for some basic work (updating, fixing, deleting, redirecting) as I can't edit mediawiki and protected sites there.
As Arh-Tolth said. The "|" is the problem.
And Larry, your welcome notification is flawed. You use [Lexicanum:Help help pages], but that's not a link at all (I fixed it when I had the time - we...
Why was it changed in the first place? I don't see the reason behind it.
And there're no redirects because you can't do it with the Wiki software we use: Warhammer 40k | Watever will always link...
No problem. But the links for internal interlexicanum links (lex_de_wh40k and lex_de_whfb) need to be changed too (they're in the Préfixes interwiki list, marked green).
I fixed the issue (the only Lexicanum left is the French Fantasy one - it's the only one where I don't have sysop rights). You'll just have to change the links here.
