After playing against SG a couple times, I think that they're best as a small addition to a DoA army, rather than a whole army built around them. they're just too vulnerable to Ap1/2 to be efficient.

I don't recommend the Carapace Armor, but the Kasrkin models are sweet, so I say go for it.

It can be rough, but I usually try to ignore the monoliths and concentrate on the Warriors. But since you have Railguns... it might be worth a shot.

I'm really interested by Venomthropes, especially with GKs laughing at all out big bugs nowadays. Gaunts seem to be the way to go.

Honestly, I never even used the FA choices in the CSM dex, in the 4 years of playing them; nor was I tempted to.

Special weapon delivery is done better by Termicide; it cant' easily reach...
