A friend of mine builds seer council jetbike squads from shinning spear jetbikers and wood elf glade riders . The basic conversion is swap the shinning spear arm for the glade rider spear arm.

I reccomend trying greenstuff. The more you use it the better you will get with it. You can find it cheaper on line for more putty by looking for kneadite brandname.
