The way I see it is my Necromancer is able to raise Zombies with out having the unit present on the table,Vampire Counts have always been about raising shambling hoards of undead.

At my last trip to the local independent game store , I was trying to get some info about 9th.

All I got was May 15th or later.

1200 points is my sweet spot for fantasy , just enough troops to look like an army but a small amount of models so the games go quick.

I am still working on my Orc army so I can give any input.

First thing I would consider is what you would like to paint, If you don't mind painting a whole bunch of models then Skaven, Orcs and Goblins are right up your alley. If you want a low model count...

Only problems I have had with small games is magic is to powerful, If magic can be scaled for smaller games that would solve some of the problems.

Now I hope we get an ally chart that is similar to what we had in 6th edition.

Where you couldn't take what ever you wanted but only certain units would fight for certain armies.
