I just finished 60 clanrats a few months ago. To be honest I hope new clanrats get released. Skaven clanrats just don't look as awesome as some armies basic troops.

It's also possible to do this with a rat pack for skaven. It's used to take away enemy rank bonuses and stop them from getting many attacks back.

Pretty cheap tactic if you ask me.
