My Biovores came with 40mm bases. Are the finecast models actually sold with 60mm bases now, or is that a typo on GWs website? If they're actually on 60mm bases now, I have some re-basing to do, as...

That 'acute deletion' was a big letdown for me too and left a bad taste in my mouth. Just a little FU nestled in middle of a very 'meh' update.
They have 1 Warp charge. All Tyrant powers are psychic shooting attacks, so you don't need more than 1 WC. Unless you're the Swarmlord, of course. This is keeping in line with their '5th edition...
Not being able to charge when walking on from my own table edge is the dumbest thing I've heard from 6th edition. I ultimately have no problem with with most of the changes happening with the game...
Well that certainly would be great; I do hope those other 'book-havers' are right. Thanks!
Poison is exactly the same as 5th edition...lame-sauce! I was hoping high-Strength MCs could wound on 2s instead of a flat 4+. Oh well, thanks!
I didn't see these answered in this thread anywhere (AFAIK) so...
1. What are the details of Poison? I'm wondering if there are still re-rolls for S>T and also if a 'poisonous' MC is still bound...
I play Tyranids...so...not using allies wont be a problem.
This was awesome! Thanks for the 'hindsight', DrLove42.
Ha, true enough! I didn't know that 'shooting rending' specifically counted as AP2 (my armies don't have any guns with rending).
I don't see rending as being designated with an AP value at all. It appears that GW would assign AP values to weapons, not weapon rule types. I think rending will remain the same, simply 'ignoring...
I also think using AP for assault weapons could be a good thing and not overly complicated. Regarding FNP, the first thing that occurred to me when I saw that power weapons are rumored to be AP3 is...
Sounds very plausible to me. I also wonder if they'll restrict which models can be assigned wounds from blast and template hits as well.
eBay or other auction sites are probably the best way to go (at least in my experience), since thrift stores can be really hit-or-miss. I find thrift stores to be better for Ork vehicle parts, when...
Oh wow...I'm SO getting this when it comes out. I wasn't even aware this game was on the horizon, thanks for the post!
I'd love to see an official GW list app...but I'm not going to hold breath for it.
Looks sweet! I initially thought that actually attaching the dreadnought to the vehicle would make it 'unstable' when on the base...but apparently not! A friend of mine has a Stormraven and I'll...
The ideas listed here sound like pretty decent ideas (in general) except that I think 6th edition will bring about many other changes to the basic rules which would make these suggestions moot; but I...
Learn something new every day! Scrumball. Sisters playing Scrumball. That is a great army theme if I ever heard one.
The colors look great! I like the 'sandy' tones and the highlighting looks really good. Looking forward to seeing more!
The Pink Tendril approach-eth! Looks like you'll have fun painting up those beasties. I would have thought a white base coat would work better for pink, but I'm not any kind of a decent painter...
I'd like to see TLoS remain as it is now. Needing tweaks but still solid concepts I want in 6th edition are Run, FOCs, Ramming, vehicles don't (usually) count as scoring, Seize the Initiative and...
I'd say go GK if you have limited funds, since you can buy fewer models worth more points. They're pretty boss right now and will probably hold up well over the long run. Personally I think 'Nids...
I'd go nuts for a chance to make a sizable dent in my Ork army revamp!
Nice conversions, isotope99! Aegis line noted. Thanks for the idea!
