My Eldar never had issues with monoliths. I'd just bum rush them with haywire. Hitting on 4's is a lot of haywire love.

i've had a lot of luck with executioners. i run 2 units of 18 (6 wide). With WS5, I usually lose 3 to 5 models when really mean things charge me. The 12 S6 killing blow attacks with re-rolls...
Drop the hoppers. Init 3 and T3... too easy to lose them all before you get to swing. The 3D6" charge isn't as much as an advantage as it used to be. Hoppers just aren't worth 15 points each...
