WOW. So far so good, I will be parting with money this coming month then.
People on Warseer think the piece of terrain visible in the top-left corner of the monolith picture is new 'n all. I thought it was the fortress of redemption but they seem to think otherwise...
Agreed. It's a pity, but they haven't seemed to have sold v. well round my parts, even the local gw has a few copies kicking about.
+1, couldn't have put in better myself. Further, speaking as a player of both, they are quite dynamic armies, if not the strongest. Dwarves, Chaos Warriors and High Elves, who have all been rumoured...
Almost universally lovely stuff, especially excited about K.F and Volkmar - not 100% on the captain and some of the options on the big kits yet, may need to see them in person.
Nice start. And I've think you've given me the impetus to start a 3d space-hulk set!
Already boggling. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for that - and nicely played. That High Elves army is... rather unorthodox, I don't think I've seen that many High Elf archers taken for a fair-few editions.
Enjoy, Wood Elves are a blast to play, I find it hard to play other armies nowdays. Can be a real surpise for an opponent.
My advice would be not to get carried away with bows - close range...
Echoing the above - it really works with high elves - bringing back elite infanty with regrowth can really swing a combat. Shadow works well too, well, 'mindrazor specifically....
For WE's. - Drop point costs across the board. In some cases - hugely.
- Change Wardancer's dances - change unit size cap
-Give lvl1-2s access to more lores
...
Horrid - in a good way! Nice job on the tounge and skin - especially the nose.
Wood Elves aren't the easiest to use, no. But, you are (likely?) going to end up painting a sizeable amount of miniatures, which can take some motivation - thus go with what you find most appealing....
