Don't forget that Multi-tracker (the item that allows a battle suite to fire 2 weapons) only works in Shooting phase. So Crisis suits are limited to just 1 weapon per model when firing overwatch....

That's a tough list, 100% tournament-worthy and quite well-playable as it is. I think you'll do well with it.

I can make a few minor comments though.

I usually don't have enough terrain in my deployment zone to put SIX serpents in cover. Those Eldar tanks take a lot of real estate to deploy... I can get cover for 2-3, 4 at best, but 6? Not...
