Daemons... Help!!!

Starting a daemon army and have no idea where to start. The three things i know
1. is that i want to have it tzeentch and slaanesh or nurgle and slaanesh no khorne .
2. They are going to have japanese style bases
3. need one death star unit (i know "Khorne is the best for death star)

It depends on the armies you face (like the eldar, the daemons are fairly specialised) but I would say 2 squads of daemonettes and 1 of horrors is a good bet for troops, plus flamers and fiends for elites. Daemon princes should be tzeentch for the accurate bolt shots. I would take the keeper of secrets over the lord of change for greater daemons (unless you want both). The masque is also very handy for moving stuff around with the pavane.

In a recent 1500pts game vs tyranids, I used:

Keeper of secrets - unholy might, soporific musk,
Masque

6 fiends - unholy might
3 flamers

10 daemonettes - transfixing gaze
10 daemonettes - transfixing gaze, icon
19 horrors - bolt of tzeentch, icon

daemon prince - mark of tzeentch, daemonic gaze, bolt of tzeentch, unholy might
soul grinder - phlegm

It was quite a successful list as I won 12-3 on killpoints or something like that. It depends on your opposition but if you don't take khorne I think you will struggle against marines because of the lack of power weapons (you will need the greater daemons and daemon princes).
