Why the Commissar Lord? No orders, bad in combat, CCS would be better.

Lascannon in BS3 units is not good, stick with autocannons. I like using the Chimeras to screen the Collussi and having the infantry protect them, though you could just use the Vets' Chimeras for that.

You need something to scare heavy armor outside of meltagun range. I'd consider 2 Medusas or Demolishers and just run 1 Collussus to mess up infantry that get their transports blown apart.

Following on from what Chumbalaya said, you have exactly 1 order to use per turn, and a 6" range from your platoon command chimera in which to use it, making all those Vox's dead weight.

For the price you are paying for the Platoon, you could get two more squads of Vets, three if you let two ride in the Vendettas. If you do this, look at specialising a little more with a couple of plasma squads, a couple of flamer squads.

Look at upgrading your Flamers to Heavy Flamers for some AP4 fun vs Eldar and SM scouts.

Melta/Demo vets in Vendettas will teach them to fear the might of the Hammer of the Empire.

Of course meltas are good, but having a threat outside of 6" is also useful.

I agree, but he's got a pair of Vendettas.

Even though Infantry Squads might not want to move, I don't rate the Bolter on the Chimeras. Voxes are dead weight with a Commie Lord.
Opinions are like aresholes. Get yours outta my face.. MindWar FTW. Bald and Screaming. Couple others...;) Learn something.

Vendettas are nice for popping light AV, but lascannons don't really give heavy armor much pause.
