I'm tempted to order that factory, and convert it into a Skaven facility.

Certainly pricey but very much worth it by all accounts, they have a topic over on Warseer (link on their webpage) with nothing but glowing reviews. They actually cut each piece of stone by hand so each is individual, giving the appearance of a real building.
