Yes, but the Mantis Warriors aren't the Star Phantoms, therefore you don't use them together. Also, I don't know how much I'll use the Star Phantoms special rule.

After all you can use teh special ability only if your opponent agrees or you are in a campaign using the ruleset.

But after all im considering starting a Star Phantoms army my self most to anger some gamer i know who is a bit overenthusiastic with his Astral Claws / Red Corsairs

And I'm making them because I love the fluff and the colour scheme.

As an aside, I have my first DIY transfer in water in front of me, about to be applied

Unfortunately I don't have the micro-sol or micro-set yet so that'll have to wait to see how they help.
