Eight Leadbelchers seem a bit...extreme. I'd drop each unit sown to two man (well, Ogre) teams, and use those points to buy another unit Bulls, or buy the Mawseeker for your Ironguts. The Halfling Cookbook would be worth it on the slaughtermaster, as would the Wyrdstone necklace. He is a powerful spellcaster, worth a lot of points, who really likes to kill himself, so a ward save would help him out a bit.

Well gents, what do you think?
I just played 2 games at 2250. My list was similar. I didn't take any gnoblars ... I think they are useless unless you take like 60 of them. I only had one unit of 4 leadbelchers but they were awesome did tons of hits, and were easy to hide so they could not be charged. I took 2 gorgers and they too were awesome. I only took a single butcher but he worked fine always got a couple spells off rolling just 2 dice. i would have liked the Slaughtermaster, but couldn't afford one. Good choice there, but yes protect him. I took 2 units of Ironguts at 8 each one with the Tyrant and one with my BSB for 9 total in each and then only 5 bulls to protect my butcher the whole army was like 33 figures and worked well except against Temple Guard and the Purple Sun. Good luck.

Well you have to have a unit of Gnoblars in order to use the scraplauncher, and scraplaunchers are money.

    Default Scraplaunchers

I agree about the Scraplaunchers, but at 2250 i just didn't see working one in. Can you take one if you take the gnoblar trappers ... I don't recall?

Have the maneaters worked well for you? Personally I don't like to take big units of them, would rather have more bulls. I once again suggest the taking of the Runemaw in the unit your Tyrant will join.

With the advent of the new codex, I'm looking at:
    Lords
    Tyrant, Fencer's Blades, Glittering Scales

Slaughtermaster, Lore of the Maw, Talisman of preservation

    Heroes
Butcher, Level 2, Lore of the Maw

    Core
    417- 9 Ironguts, full command

286- 8 Bulls, Ironfist, full command

    288- 6 Ironguts, Full command

    Special
    354 8 Leadbelchers, Bellower

    Rare
    130- Gnoblar Scraplauncher

    250- Stonehorn

Not 100% sure about the points for the Lords and Heroes, this leaves me about 40 points to play with. I'm pretty excited with the release of the codex.

Hot damn, I love that this clocks in at less than 40 models.

Good thing or a bad thing? I couldn't imagine playing an army like skaven or another army with just tons of infantry models.
