Thumbs up Dice information survey- a single question

Hey all, due to me deciding to make a set of double dice for technology coursework and now having to research it, i would like to ask the wargaming community, ie us, a simple question.

    1) what are the most annoying three things that occur to your dice during playing, eg falling off table, jamming in a crack and not giving a clear answer, someone else "borrowing and never returning" them.

    thanks

    1) Falling off the table.

    2) Missing one die out of a 36 die brick.

    3) Counting 45 dice every time I need to make a shooting attack.

    2) falling off table
    3) cocked dice

picking up 36 die a time, rolling under models and the fact that 99% of GW/ GW gamers ask for 'a dice' rather than 'a die'

p.s. this invention sounds VERY interesting

When I built a gaming table, I actually made fold-up edges to prevent dice from falling off the table.

Smartest idea I've ever had. =)

    1. cocked dice or dice where it is unclear which side is facing up- usually due to landing on terrain
    2. The difficulties in using multiple dice at once
    3. People who insist on using "lucky dice" - I'm not saying its cheating but some dice may just naturally be disposed to rolling higher or lower or a certain number, It may also be harder to tell what number is on them or if they are cocked or not (big dice are particularly bad for this) Both players should use the same dice in a game, preferably of the standard (small, dotted) variety

I hate it when a die rolls into terrain and even if it's upright my opponent demands I roll it again.

I've had that happen to me before. So then I tell them to reroll every dice afterwards that so much as nudges one of their models/terrain/etc until they apologize for being a hardass.

Also, ocked dice annoy the crap out of me, except on the rare occasions when its cocked simply by landing on the corner and never going anywhere. Seen it happen twice, been amazed both times.
