Selling fantasy buildings

I wanted to get the community's input on this. I'm thinking of selling some of my self-made fantasy buildings that could be used for Mordheim, Warhammer, and other like games. I have ten altogether and would most likely put them on e-bay.

The question: Should I sell them seperately or as a package of ten? Would people be willing to pay more for a complete set or would they want them individually? I plan on starting them at $10 each. This would mean the package would start at $100.

Let me know what you think. I would appreciate your input.

3. you get a sense of what is more popular in case you want to make more and sell more
