Tannhäuser ?

Has anyone given Tannhäuser a go? If so, what do you think and can you give me some info.

Once, the core idea and the style of the game were interesting but afterwards I could see several flaws, the worst was an extreme imbalance between the two sides. The Americans have two characters that can instant-kill any enemy character and that happend a lot during the game.

The original game was heavily flawed (imho). FFG released revised rules once they got the property rights, and this improved it considerably. I don't have too much experience with it, but just make sure any reviews you read are on the revised edition.
