1500pt Eldar competitive list opinions and help needed

Hey guys, I've been play testing a lot of games now, and I've tweaked my previous list a bit, so I wanted to see what you all thought. Here it is:

The things I'm most unsure of are a)the Storm Guardians, because of their flimsiness (I used to take Pathfinders instead) and b) the bog standard Doomseer (I used to take Eldard with the points left over from losing the 4th Serpent)
Opinions please!!

The only problem I see is close combat none of your units will be able to hold able in combat to long. I see where you are going with this list, shot the crap out of them, and hope there isnt anything left that can lock you up in combat. You just need to look at what each unit will do in combat and build from there
