sculptor wanted

Hi there all
can anyone point me in the right direction?
I am looking for a Australian sculptor who can do private commissions.
I need some 28mm mini's with a sci-fi theme of Bush rangers wearing rigid battle field Kevlar armour with a dry as a bone stock mans ankle length coat and a light horse mans hat armed with a U.S. M1 Garand with a Ghurkhas knife on hip.
Poses: 4x female bush rangers; 1x standing firing Garand from shoulder. 1x standing reloading Garand. 1x kneeling firing Garand from shoulder. 1x kneeling reloading Garand and the same with 4x male bush rangers plus
1x male bush ranger using his Ghurkhas knife and 1x female bush ranger using her Ghurkhas knife.

I am also working with a budget of between $300 to $450.
