Hi People This is my Tau XV9 Battlesuit for my Tau army Reboot when i get round to it, what do you think?

Been having some problems deciding on a basing scheme unfortunately.

Anyone got any tips on how to do snow and ice on bases, without it looking like fake snow that you see in shop windows at xmas ? any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I love the teal. I've seen two people now on this forum have really nice, bright colors that I can never seem to get right. Love it.

As for snow, I may have a solution for you.

I use Microballoons filler (generally used for filling gaps in flight enabled model planes/helicopters) mixed with PVA glue.

I mix it to the consistency of toothpaste, and then put it on. While its drying, I put a bit more on top, and it gives it a really nice, fluffy snow appearance. I've got a picture of it on here somewhere on a Bjorn I did. I think it works really well, and the bottle of Microballoons lasts forever.
