Do Genestealers get 2 A, +1 A for two CC, and +1 A while on the charge in melee?

No. Genestealers don't have double close combat weapons. They just get their two base attacks, plus one on the charge.

under the special rules section of the Tyranid Codex, there is a section close combat weapons. In there the Tyranids may combine the effects of weapons, but do not claim the bonuses for two close combat weapons because it is factored into their statline.
