Now's the best time to start IMO. Beginning of a new edition, a lot of people are in the same place, soon to be the second army released in 8th, etc.

Yeah that date is the WD release...wouldn't expect minis till early to mid may.

Pre-rders being up on April 6th is being bandied about on Warseer. Sounds about right, too.
