As an afficionado for all things mechanical, I can safely say I love the Magos, and I eagerly await seeing more of your work!

ARMIES: IRON HANDS, NIGHT LORDS, OGRE KINGDOMS
dude i totally understand when you mention project jumping! i have huge problem with that myself! but i made this pledge to myself to start and finish project before i leap to others. its almost worked ha!!
I've been pinning models for over a decade now, so it's pretty straightforward to keep bits together when there's a rod of metal joining them.
Thank you! I shall post some more:
WIP Combat Ogryn. Simple change of weapon (gotta love those Ork Nob gubbinz!) and some extra pipes:
WIP Techmarine adepts:
Menials! Found a use for my few hundred spare goblin musicians:
Returning to my AOTE project...
I snook in a small 1k game of Planetstrike yesterday - was originally planned to be 2k but I had a brand new copy of Space Hulk distracting me!
I took a bit of a small, perhaps daft force.
10 Justaerin: 2 Multimeltas, 2 Chainfists, 1 TH&SS. Used in 2 combat squads of 5, half including Falkus Kibre, the other with:
Abaddon
8 Blood Letters
Dreadnought in Lucius pattern Drop Pod
It didn't fare too well, largely because it lacked the full 2k force which included my speedier units and beacons.
The drop pod died before it landed due to a Interceptor shot!
Abaddon and Falkus died to some lucky (or in my case terrible) dice at the hands of Besenmut!
The Bloodletters held out against a Scarab Occult for most of the game, killing half a unit (much more than their value).
We held 1 objective each, so I failed on the kill points losses.
The Terminators pack a punch but a few bad rolls really are unforgiving. I rolled so many 1s for saves - I'm tempted to get a certain Apothecary character involved for backup.
Got some decent progress done last night and hopefully should have 4 complete lists by end of the week.
Finished building and undercoated:
Classic Predator
Abaddon
5 Justaerin, including Multimelta, 2 chain fists and Falkus Kibre
Added another Vanguard marine - swinging a huge thunder hammer
Next to do:
Add 8 more Bloodletters once my Necron bits arrive
Build/convert Ekaddon
Write my Planetstrike lists
Considering:
Do I need more tanks? Sons of Horus are typically drop-pod assaults.
Shall I convert my Jetbikers to SoH?
Do I have time to finish the Kaban machine and do it justice?
I'm probably going to leave my Daemons at 3-colour for now, which will involve painting their horns at least:
That Mechanicus Mage looks awesome.

The Admech return! After a successful thrashing of the Lion's Angels on Diamat last weekend, my Sons of Horus project comes to a close while I jump back into the dabblings of the Omnissiah's disillusioned followers.
I am still participating in a Tale of project, so the daemons will continue at least until January. The current list includes:
I've added 8 Bloodletters, Khorne Daemon Prince, 3 Blood Crushers, 3 Flamers and a Soulgrinder to these since. Pictures pending! These will act as a resource pool to aid my Admech in the next campaign - likely stealing the Bloodletters and Plaguebearers in most games.
I'm not sure what the next 3 months entail, but I do know December will be an Apocalypse choice, so I shall be picking up a little project that's been on hold:
However, full focus is on my Dark Mechanicum now, until May. I've been toying with a few lists and seem to be favouring a 'walker' theme. Myrmidon Assault walkers, Biologis Land crawler, Soul grinders, Brass Scorpion, Sentinels and more! I wonder if I can retrofit the Kaban machine to have legs too!
I've settled with using Krieg troopers as Skiitari. A simple conversion (blasphemy!) cutting off their helmet and sculpting on a hood works really well for these. The main consequence of this choice is that my old skiitari models are 'chunky' compared to Death Corps models!
New pictures pending!

Awesome conversions.
To a New Yorker like you a hero is some kinda weird sandwich, not some nut who takes on three Tigers!
