    Default Iron Warriors Daemon Prince

So, here is the Daemon Prince. I did all of the conversion work myself, although much of it was the idea of my client (especially the face mask).

Let me know what you think:

    Looks good.

My comments would be that I think it would look better without the horns, keeping the second shoulder pad and with a beefier hammer.

I'd also add just a little gravel to the base to give it some extra texture as well as the lava effect, where you clearly have the uplighting effect pretty well nailed.

I like the horns, but he does need a bigger hammer - maybe steal one from the new GK voltron/baby holder guy.
And like Isotope99 said, some gravel on the base would go a long way to kicking the base up a notch and making it more realistic.

Other than that, I think it looks great!

Nice guy - looks like a great postapocalyptic barbarian. Facemask seems to be an "idea" from the old metal DP conversion from GW. And yes he needs a bigger hammer ... and some chevrons!
    Peace through superior Firepower!

The hammer is cool but I think that a larger one would work better. If it were me, I would probably have added more armour. I really do like the model though and I am a sucker for lava. Nice Job. Your client will be pleased.

Love the model. The flesh really makes this guy stand out.
