40k trades

Now that NFL has come to terms and trades, releases, waivers, and signings are happening at much quicker rate, got me thinking about 40k armies and special characters. What proposed trades would happen, whose on the market.

Could the Tau release all of their special characters to free up space for a bidding war for anyone else.

Clearly Grey Knights already pillaged the SoB's roster

Could C:SM go after mephiston

SO really the question is, what special characters would you trade for in the off season to make your current favorite army better?
