    it is not really worth taking the lictor. The power doesn't activate until after the lictor arrives. So, turn 2, comes in on a 3+ (assuming hive commander). IF the lictor comes in on turn 2, you gain the benefit on turn three (1+ to enter). However, IF the lictor does not enter, the benefit is lost. The only time you would re-gain the benefit is if you lost your hive tyrant.

    If your model is in reserve when the game ends it is considered dead, not alive.
    1) No, you are still alive, while in reserves.
    2) You are not casting a power.
    3) your model in reserve is destroyed, after the game ENDS, not before. And this is just for victory conditions, a very narrow scope of application.
