Meta-game wise I'm expecting assault BA and GKs, not sure what else is coming.

The librarian will run with the assault squad, devs and scouts combat squading and doing fire support. Dreads and terminators doing the hard work and everyone else helping as they can.

how's this a "counts as" army? it's a DA list using marine models
