Default New Hobby Stuff from GW

Not sure where this should go, but I couldn't see any mention on another thread.

GW have 3 new hobby items up for pre order.

    And a Clean up kit

The liquid green stuff seems like an interesting product if it is any good.

Liquid green stuff - sounds absolutely great. Emery board are a good idea also - I posted about using emery boards sometime ago (http://artificer-gallery.blogspot.com/2011/01/sanding.html) - but 3.75 for 3 boards! In the local supermarket a packet of 10 is 99p.

Like all GW hobby products who pay a lot more for the brand and the convenience of being able to buy them with your models in a GW store. The liquid greenstuff is the only product I could se myself buying, FW should have been selling something like that along with their weathering powders in my opinion.
Ask not the EldarGal a question, for she will give you three answers, all of which are puns and terrifying to know. Back off man, I'm a feminist. Ia! Ia! Gloppal Snode!

It's a great looking kit and it has everything you would need for models.

    if you're just starting out.

But I use something a little higher quality and this is what's in my kit:

Needle files for sprue cleanup, plastic cement with leftover sprue thrown in (I call it "Goo") for assembling plastic kits AND filling in gaps, some JB weld for the metal model assembly, a few bar clamps for the bigger jobs, a coping saw with a fine tooth blade on it, an actual X-acto blade, and some tungsten carbide hex shank drill bits.

Those tools are what I used for modelling when I was a kid and I'll continue using them. They've been so good to me, that I won't use anything else.

Why? I haven't needed it for at least half of my Finecast models?

Oh, and by the way, smart guy, this could be said of pretty much any miniature producer. If anyone should be offering these, it should have been Privateer for some of their warbeasts.
