I like these shots a lot ... what method are you using to achieve the rust / weathered look? Is it a wash, overbrushing, etc?

On the battlewagon its just FW rust power.

How should I paint the Eldar bits? I was thinking either Saim Hann red (the orks would obviously only plunder a red eldar Fire Prism) or like the rest of the red on the Battlewagon, as if they'd painted over it (which would be Boltgun metal, followed by Badab black wash, Scab red, the dry brush chainmail)?http://the-deathwing.blogspot.co.uk/

Well, I´d do it on Saim Hann red...
It has been hacked from a Eldar device, but sure orks had time to customize it for their desires...Last edited by MarneusCalgar; 10-15-2011 at 02:14 PM.
