Can't be anything other than a "Normal" member of the army. By that I mean no Avatar, Daemon Prince etc.
And of course, no special characters!

Even with-out upgrades he has:

4++ against shooting and 3++ in CC

You know, you could get 16 HQ's and run a little head-to-head tournament right here in the thread. Loser gets knocked out (literally) while the winner advances to the next round...
