Necr fight eldar millions of years ago
Eldar survive and rule the galaxy for millions of years but only inhabit nw quart of galaxy?!
Somehow humanity spreads throughout galaxy despite eldar dominance - even in the nw quart eg calixis scarus secs , during DAoT and through AoS
Fall happens and in 200 odd years most of galaxy reconqd
Oh and let's not discuss how the emps armies get to ultramar to meet smurf and there's time for all 20 prim to be carved and 2 legions get kicked in that 200 YET they still are fighting in the fringe and only just get to the eye area

I think his point is questioning how the Eldar were at their peak of their pre-fall power at the same time humanity was meant to be at the peak of their pre-Age of Strife power.
Also why the Crusade reached Ultramar and the various other Primarch's homeworlds and had time to maraud around for 200 years yet not get to the Eye of Terror, which is next door to Earth.
