List Building Mohsar (50 points)

I've struggled with coming up with a good list for Mohsar because he has so many tools and skills at his disposal. I wrote an article on my blog about two lists and how I think they will work:

A lot of it is theory but that's usually how I break down and evaluate lists. Hopefully this will help others to come up with some neat ideas for Mohsar
