Necron Scythe scratch build

Heya guys just wanted to post my progress in a scratch build of a necron doom/night scythe




Its span is roughly 9 inches with 6 inch length

Will post some more pics as progess continues, atm a lot of filing to smooth edges and work out where to go from here.

i would cut back into the center a bit more myself, make it a little more like a crescent moon and not a gibbous one, though overall a good start, cant wait to see how you do the full body work

My current idea is to have some details on that base, both sides, have the weapons and the swapable piece for doom/night mounted on that. Then have raised panneling. But will see how that goes.

Update started work on the tesla weapons






Two straws with some epoxy so far.
more work to be done but thats the basic hope u like.
