When it says the wizard or a friendly model regain a wound can this add a model back to a unit or is it only for multi wound models? I know Regrowth can bring models back. And I know I misspelled Life in title could not go back and change it

Ok that was weird post. Ive never used lore of life and I'm just getting back into wfb. How does it work with high elves?
it works really well with high elves.
Yeah, being able to avoid miscasts in magic heavy army is very useful, as is the ability to turn your fragile elves into T7 tanks and bring them back from the dead. My HE playing friend swears by it.

Echoing the above - it really works with high elves - bringing back elite infanty with regrowth can really swing a combat. Shadow works well too, well, 'mindrazor specifically....
<3 lore of life with Lizardmen. Lots of multi-wound models around and T8 saurus with regen
