Why do you reckon they changed the flamer to a plasma pistol? To make it 'Street Legal'?

Must be. But I have to admit that I have always thought that it was a plasma weapon, not a flamer that he had.

Well I'm looking forward to getting one. I've all ready got 2 standard bearers that I don't use, but oh well... he looks like a pretty nice model to have as a Sergeant, so I'm happy. Not sure where I'm going to find the £22ish, but I've managed it for all the other anniversary models in the last 10 years lol

Why would the Warhammer 40,000 25th anniversary model be of somethinf from 30k?

The weapon he had I had no idea what it could have been. But I thought it could have been built in similiar to the Angeulus pattern guns but a plasma pistol is good and gives some lovely AP2 goodness for gaming

But genuinly dissappointed by the complete lack of ANY 40k content by the looks of it for the anniversary edition. Also a lack of the rumoured february releases makes me sad, even though I collect neither of them

I do play Crimson Fist, but there are 3 reasons I prolly won't get it.
He's a beaky
He's expensive
He's prolly finecast

I am a Crimson Fist player, and from the looks of it, I'll be getting two! It looks like the only way to get a Chapter Banner added to my army . It is Finecast, shoot, why not do a little converting with it, make him out to be a real B-A!
