Looked on the first page at the Anti psykers rule, instantly realize this is fake.
Edit: Scrolled down and saw the points and such of the first named character....

Looks like a really really wishlisting fandex. Probably something a group of buddies made for some laughs. Even likely used it themselves for a few games for even more laughs.

did anyone get down to heavy support where hammer heads with rail guns now cost 100pts a peace and can be take as squadron of six. What the hell would you be firing at that you'd need six tanks to take it down.
