when i say rainbow eldar i mean PROPER eldar: who wants these new style ones with gritty gritty realism and dark colour schemes? and that is why he is bright blue, red and a bone color

@rowansl its not the lighting its finecast 0_0 the whole grill section was warped so the last few lines on it were hand painted!

and about the setatic grass....... the photos were taken just a few seconds after id finished flocking the snow :P (i could post up better pics soon)

It has a nice overall look, but i think you would get better results if youd thin down your paint a bit so you can use more but thinner layers of paint. Some use water with a drop of dishwashing liquid, i use just water and its ok too.

It's certainly got a handful of colors in it... but I don't feel like you really nailed the rainbow theme... Seems more of a "hey I like how the sky looks at different times of the day" theme... which is cool... but I'm just not feeling the rainbow... much less tasting it.
