Have object, need modding ideas

I have a "Star Trek: Nemesis" Scorpion shuttle I found for a dollar at a discount store. I want to make it into something for 40K, but I'm not sure what. I was thinking about making it a sot of Tau or Eldar vehicle that Orks had subsequently made into a Looted Wagon, but better ideas are welcome. For extra cheese, I have a model of the Original Series Enterprise I was thinking about modding or cannibalizing. Any suggestions there as well?

that could be a nice cockpit for a eldar plane/tank: i dont think it would be much good by itself, the proportians are a tad off.

Give it some pointy wings, and call it a flyer. It could work for DE or Necrons easily. If you're determined to do Tau, it could be a good base for a (Forgeworld) Barracuda variant.

Yeah, the cockpit is odd. Some crude wings might make it into a decent 2-seat ork fighta bomma that may have been based on something formerly Eldar.

heck, you can even turn that into an aerodynamic version of a Space Marine Land speeder.

Or a cockpit for a walker, think semi-transformed Macross veritech.
