One little point :
LS Storm has a transport capacity of 5 scout. From what i see of your list, you won't be able to transport any squad in it, (but maybe it's not your goal).
Which combi weapon are you planing to use in those scout squad ?
Other than that seem really enjoyable to play

my mistake there; i posted this in at 3am this morning and my math was off.

the cheapest Scout squad is only 5 man with a PF and combi-weapon.

i'd probably use a combi-flamer on it as the LS Storm with MM and a PF for AT.
