This is just a suggestion, but your demonic herald on the blood letter unit made me think about it. What if you did the one with no eyes, or even the demon prince like the child eater from pan's labyrinth?

Obviously I wouldn't thing the whole holding up your hands on your head is very scary, but the eyes in the palms is kinda creepy.

Amazing stuff. I think I followed some of your 40k stuff awhile back. I definitely know what your talking about with the warhammer unit models being lost in the unit. I've been trying to get one of my warhammer armies back to fully painted, but always stall out once I get into the thridish rank.
